A person who is at a high risk of any of the diseases that have been mentioned should start doing regular exercises. Any person who is suffering from the diseases should also do these exercises on a daily basis. The reason for doing these exercises is that the exercise will help to remove the fat that is stored in the body. Other than this, the calories that are consumed by the person will also be expended on doing the exercises. This will help to make the person healthy by removing all the unnecessary calories that can otherwise be stored as fat in the body.
